10 Things I Think I Think
It's Superbowl Sunday and I am in Sumter , South Carolina. It is time again to share with you my thoughts and reflections from the past week. Let's get right to it .
1. I am not sure my body was designed for long distance swimming. In the last week or two, Tara has forced me to swim 487,346,023.5 laps. I am happy to have a workout, but I wish I wasn't so sore.
2. I love the kind , older gentleman that decided he couldn't live one more minute without wrecking my car. It was really , really cool that he hit me, and then drove away.
3. This Spygate is garbage and people need to put it to rest. Don't be mad your team is whack. Let it go, and let's enjoy a great day and a great game.
4. Politics is my new favorite thing. This has been a big week in the political world . The democrats narrowed their field down to just two candidates, both of which could easily prove to be the downfall of the country. On the right side, McCain is still trying to hold off Romney, who is charging fast. Tuesday will decide a lot . Stay tuned.
5. It's time for a haircut. It is getting out of control.
6. I am thankful Anna is pretty. Last night, she watched the Harlem Globetrotters compete against the Washington Generals. I watched as her expressions changed from interested to perplexed. It wasn't until a General was stripped of his uniform that she asked "hey, is this staged?"
7. Nice to be back home , knee deep in manual labor . Sure Dad, i would love to move all this wood.
8. I am officially over the cold, rainy weather. Plus I am running out of warm clothes ! OMG this voice is so much fun !!!!!!! Rainbows !
9. Looking forward to going skiing in a few weeks. Should be fun to hit the slopes.
10. Nails was so scared on Friday, he "forgot" about Freestyle Friday. Chicken. He was so shaken by my Professor Keen Been reference last week, I heard him on the phone this week saying this exact quote: " Mom, after hearing Bambi's rhymes, I don't even like rap music any more. It's like nothing i hear anymore is as good as Bambi. What? Biggie who?"
