Ten Things I Think I Think-2-17-08

Today I am blogging from Maggie Valley, NC. I am her with the inlaws on a ski trip. It is nice to get away, and I am having a blast. This weeks TTITIT is a special edition- snii style. Lets get to it .

1. Snow boarding is fresh. At first, I had some trouble, but after a few trips down the hill I got the hang of it . Also, I feel much cooler now that I have snow boarded. I am now allowed to use hip slang like the kids.

2. My wife to be is more athletic than I suspected. She fell only 3 times all day yesterday on her first attempt skiing - ever. Two of those were getting off the ramp where I might have pushed her. The final time she fell, we were getting cocky- more on that later.

3. Fudge Rounds are mannah from heaven. Little Debbie was a great lady, and I think if given the chance , I would make sweet love to her .

4. The mountains are a different place. There are rebel flags everywhere, toothless people on every corner, and each person fits the stereotypes on TV. They even let people drink while skiing. See picture above.

5. The family I am marrying into gossips more than anyone I have ever met . I am sitting by them now , on Sunday morning , and I am scared to leave the room.

6. I am sorry to the folks I nearly killed yesterday. Anna and I got cocky yesterday and decided to try the black diamond. Coming down the final turn I wiped out ( on purpose ) and ran into about 7 or 8 people. I am sorry. The snowballs however, were unneccessary. Georgia fans are classless.

7. Technology is a funny thing. Up here in the mountians, I have no phone signal, but my internet is working like a dream.

8. Dreamcatchers creep me out.

9. I need to get over my fear of home dumping. The toilets here seem like they struggle to flush my urine. The toilets are right in the middle of the cabin we are playing in, and the neighbors would complain about the smell. The rumblings continue.

10. Teenagers are cool to hang out with, but kids are whack !
